There are no delivery fees added to our everyday low prices.

No.  Our service is available to you with no monthly minimum.

We provide our special White Swan Quality Cleaners Express bags to you.

Your driver leaves two bags at the first pick-up so that you have one for  each time he picks up your clothes.

When we return your clothes back to you, we will charge your credit card that you have placed on file with us.

You will have a link to update your personal information and preferences within your account.  You can also put a note in your bag, and our staff will update your account to reflect any changes in your information.

If you are already signed up, just leave your bag out on your scheduled pick up day by 10:00am.  If you are not yet a register customer, click here.

This will be determined by the route manager when they receive your location. You will get a call from White Swan Cleaners who will place you on the proper route and will tell inform you which days that route picks up and drops off.

The drivers can accept tips. Tips are appreciated but not required.

No.  Your driver will service your pre-selected location.  If you cannot leave your bag out for our driver, we can accommodate you as long as there is someone at the location to give out and receive you garments per your special instructions.
